Family safaris work when the pace is right. Shorter drives. Camps with pools, family tents and unhurried mealtimes. Guides who know how to tell a story as well as read a track. We favour Tarangire and the central Serengeti for young families, adding Zanzibar at the end for a soft, sunlit landing. Children under twelve are welcome at most of our camps; we advise on the few exceptions.
