Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the tailor-made journeys designed and operated by Mara Nyumbani Safaris, a Tanzanian-owned safari house based in Arusha.

Quotations & pricing

All prices are quoted in USD and are indicative until confirmed in writing. Starting prices assume two guests sharing and are subject to availability, exchange rates and seasonal supplements.

Deposits & payment

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to confirm a journey. Full balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 60 days of arrival require full payment at confirmation.

Cancellations

Cancellation terms follow the policies of our supplier camps and lodges and are shared in full at the time of proposal. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

Insurance

Comprehensive travel, medical and evacuation insurance is a condition of travel and the responsibility of each guest.

Liability

Mara Nyumbani Safaris acts as an agent for accommodation, transport and activity providers and shall not be liable for loss, injury or damage arising outside our reasonable control.
